Add
that special touch to your elegant dinner table, by renting our
new silver creamer and sugar sets. One set or two sets per table

the sugar and creamer packets. You can complete the look by also
renting silver flatware and silver charger plates. Contact your
event consultant for pricing on these new silver pieces.
With
the weather getting colder, it does not mean that you have to bring
your party indoors! Plan your next event in a tent and use our new
heating system to control the climate inside. This 555,000 BTU heater
has 100’ of ducts to evenly distribute the heat. Karl’s
has the resources to heat any size location, any time of the year.

Ideas
A Wine Tasting Party
Design your next event as a wine-tasting party … decorate
your tables with a deep aubergine linen accented with light green
linens creating the “grape effect”. Add soft music and
candlelight to complete the ambience of the room. Karl’s has
four different styles of wine glasses to incorporate tasting of
both red and white wines, from 6 ½ ounces to 11 ½
ounces from long-stemmed to short-stemmed choices. Ask each guest
to bring their favorite bottle of wine for others to experience.
Start with simple wines and move to drier, heavier wines. Your menu
can be complemented with unsalted crackers and French bread along
with various cheeses with different textures to cleanse the palette
for another wine-tasting experience. Another choice could be a fondue
pot with a mild cheese served with various breads, pretzels, and
sausages. Be sure to serve room temperature water for cleansing
the palette as well as water for rinsing the glasses for another
tasting. For additional tables, chairs and linens for this wine-tasting
party, contact your event consultant at 414/831-7000. .
On
the Road Again
Karl’s Event Rental recently worked with one of our established
event rental partners to erect a 100’ x 115’ clearspan
structure on a Midwestern university campus. This structure was used
to host a long-term black-tie fund raising campaign also utilizing
tables, chairs, lighting and a hardwood cassette flooring. With this
event being a formal black-tie affair, the clearspan provided an elegant
atmosphere to this successful event. Contact Cindy Kaminski to plan
your next large-scale event (414) 831-7029. Subscription
