Summerfest 2003 Rocks Milwaukee
For eleven days, Milwaukee’s lakefront will be full of music, entertainment, food and fun from June 26th through July 6th. The Summerfest Music Festival has received updates in a number of areas on the grounds to improve its appeal both locally and nationally. Top-name entertainment acts are at the Marcus Amphitheater along with numerous bands and entertainment at fifteen stages throughout the Summerfest grounds. Karl's Event Rental is the exclusive provider for tenting, tables, chairs and staging for this extravaganza. Admission is $12 for adults, $1 for seniors over 60 and $1 for children under 12. JULY’S LAKEFRONT FESTIVAL SCHEDULE
• Festa Italiana (July 17 – 20) – take pleasure in the festive atmosphere on the lakefront enjoying an Italian café, delicious Italian food, or ethnic shopping including a spectacular firework display.
• German Fest (July 25 – 27) – enjoy delectable German cuisine, ethnic music, live costume performances, craft demonstrations and an authentic cultural village.

It’s Go Time – Wisconsin State Fair
July 31st is the opening day of the 152nd Wisconsin State Fair in West Allis, Wisconsin. Free entertainment is at 23 stages, hundreds of exhibits at the expo center, agriculture, an exciting midway, unique daily features along with over 200 concessionaires featuring food and drink aplenty. The fair continues through August 10th with new daily line-ups. Karl’s is the exclusive tenting provider at Wisconsin State Fair. In addition to the exhibitors in the 200,000 square foot expo center, there will be another exhibitor pavilion in a clearspan tent (just west of the “cream puff building”). Next Stop of the Kitty Hawk Celebration
July’s itinerary for the “Countdown to Kittyhawk” has two event packed celebrations … Dayton, Ohio July 3rd through the 20th and then onto Oshkosh, Wisconsin, July 29th through August 4th. One hundred years ago in 1903 the Wright brothers took their first flight. 24,000 square feet of clearspan tenting is housing exhibits including an exact reproduction of the 1903 Wright Flyer, interactive flight 1903 Wright Flyer simulator stations. Karl’s semi-trailers will also transport flooring, lighting, air conditioning, staging, tables and chairs as well as EAA displays and simulators enabling actors to perform roles of Kitty Hawk residents and inventors giving visitors interesting flight information, as well as a digital countdown clock showing the minutes to the 100th anniversary of the first flight.
